No worries, contact us regarding type of service or repair you need, we may be able to handle as well. We have experience in many types of repairs throughout our existence.
Do I need to pay deposit ?
Most minor work under RM500 ringgit does not require any form of deposit unless specify by us prior to commence of work.
Does our work come with warranty ?
Most of our work comes with some form of warranty for our labour work. Anything beyond our control is not covered with warranty. Please reach out to us right after the work is complete, we are happy to brief you through what is covered under warranty and for how long.
What is our rescheduling policies ?
We will try to accommodate your request within our schedule limit. We may have to delay serving you in the event of rescheduling request from your end. If rescheduling is requested by our end, we will immediately allocate the next available slot to you, we may offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience at our discretion.
Do we serve commercial customers ?
We serve both residential and commercial customers. We may reject any work if it’s beyond what we can handle. Frequent commercial customers can apply for special subscription package to get better value. Reach out to us for more information.
Do we provide special services for landlords ?
Landlords are one of our biggest customers. We have adequate experiences in knowing what the landlords needs for their properties. We strive to achieve the requirements of landlord to ensure their properties are always in decent condition with good rent or resell value.
