How do we give a fair quote ?

We quote based on the requirements of the customer with included contingency. In the event the expenses of the project have exceeded the pre-quote amount due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our responsibilities or scope of work, we will communicate with the customer before resuming any work.

Can we be hired as subcontractor ?

Depending on the scope of work and situation, we can be hired as a subcontractor. Please reach out to our hotline via WhatsApp.

Who are our customers ?

Our customers are mostly from residential and commercial areas. Our clients consist of landlords, owners and tenants. Scope of work can range from under RM100 to RM10,000 and reoccurring.

What is the process of work ?

Once the is an agreement in place, we will schedule an appointment. Once we arrive, we will verify the scope of work again before starting. Any work beyond RM1000 requires a deposit and it’s payable in order to book an appointment. At the end of the work, we will take pictures of our work for record purposes and issue a receipt. Most of our works comes with warranty, the duration and scope of warranty varies according to scope of work.

Do we subcontract our works ?

We handle most of the work ourselves and we will communicate with our customers, on our scope of work and abilities. But in the event of tight deadlines and unforeseen circumstances, we will subcontract portions of our work to 3rd parties, with the approval of the customer. All qualified projects still come with warranty even if portions of the work were done by our subcontractors.
