Something when wrong around the house when its nighttime and you need it fixed ASAP, sounds familiar? Or your office electrical box has malfunction and requires immediate fix to resume work. This is what our emergency service is designed to help you.
You are now higher priority
We will stop our current work to immediately assist you if it’s possible or let you cut queue to the next available slot. Shorter wait times means the faster we can help you. We will still mobilize our team to assist you even its already nighttime as our emergency repair service operates until 11pm.
The temporary & permanent fix
Due to the nature of the call, we may not be fully equipped or supplied to perform a permanent fix, thus we will try our best to perform a fix regardless of the solution type. You may choose to hire us back for a permanent fix at a later date.
Only flat rate per hire
Our emergency repair has an additional premium flat rate of between RM100 – RM200 on top of what repair is done. A portion of the emergency premium goes towards discount for clients that we postponed resulted from your emergency call.

Burst Water Pipe
Faucet, water supply pipe, water hose line or water switch failed prematurely, and water cannot be stop immediately.
Tripping Of Fusebox
Electrical fuse box cannot be turn back on without tripping immediately or subsequent trip.
Failed Light Switch
Lights cannot be turn on at night due to failed light switch or there are constant sparking sounds or burned smell.
Compromised Door
Door is damaged due to failing parts or brute force leaving a possible security treat to your families.
Failed Doorknob
Doorknobs or locks failed prematurely resulting you or your family stuck inside a room.
Other Emergency
Other form of repairs / installation that requires immediate attention and execution.

Am I always guaranteed a slot ?
We will try our best to assist you during your emergency situation. We will assess the situation while we are communicating with you over the phone to the best we can and determine if we can be hired to resolve the issue or not based on our abilities and current circumstances. If the matter is beyond what we can assist, we will not take on the hire.
Do I need to pay upfront ?
Due to past experiences with fraudulent calls, we will only proceed to your location after receiving an upfront payment on the emergency repair hire premium. The remaining repair fee will be determined after we have done our work or due diligences.
What will my final bill look like ?
You will be charged based on the work done in additional to the emergency repair hire fee rate. Example, if your baseline total repair cost is RM 200, your final bill will be RM 200 + RM 100 (emergency repair fee), equals to RM 300.
No one is answering calls or responding to messages ?
Under this circumstance, we may be attending other emergency works. Please do give us a maximum of 10 – 15 minutes to return your call / message. If we failed to do so, it means we are not able to handle additional customers at the moment. Please contact other party for help !
Do I get a permanent fix to the issue ?
We will try our best to give a permanent fix with whatever resources we have or can get while performing the emergency work. We are under NO obligation to give a permanent fix during the emergency repair, as we may not be able to obtain necessary resources / parts / tools to perform a permanent fix. In the event that we cannot offer permanent fix, we will proceed with temporary fix if the issue is deemed critical.
Do I get a refund on the emergency repair hire fee if we cannot give a permanent nor a temporary fix ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any forms of refund, since we have to cover the cost of transportation and client rescheduling. However, we can still continue to offer to resolve the issue once we have the right tools / parts / resources in place at a later date. Most of our customers chose to have us come back at a later date since we know the issue firsthand.
